SHIPPING GUIDELINES

• Ground UPS (Within the contiguous United States Only): We will pay for shipping within the contiguous US if order is over $100. International shipments do not qualify for free shipping on returns.
• Next Day Air: You pay for shipping (no refund for shipping costs if an item is returned).
• UPS 3 Day Select: You pay for shipping (no refund for shipping costs if an item is returned).
• 2nd Day Air: You pay for shipping (no refund for shipping costs if an item is returned).

RETURN POLICY

Your makeup looks stunning on your face and your tan is glowing but it’s not so nice on our clothes. So please take care when trying on your new garments for the first time.
Clothing (which is not defective or non-conforming) will only be accepted for return if it is returned to us in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Any such items returned after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Accessories, swimwear and sale items are all final sale and not eligible for returns.

If your return has been accepted, you will be notified via email. Items that we receive that are not eligible to be returned and/or returned items that do not satisfy the above return conditions will not result in a refund to you and will not be returned to you.

Defective or non-conforming items: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or non-conforming, please contact customer service immediately, regarding any returns.

How to Send In Your Return/Exchange
For your free return shipping label please email info@shopheychick.com with your order # and we will email you back a return label. To ship an item back please:
• Pack your item and invoice into the return bag/cardboard box and affix the emailed return shipping label, or if no prepaid label is provided to you, affix the proper postage.
• Mail your package using one of the following methods:
• Drop your package at a UPS location. Click here to find the closest location. [www.ups.com/dropoff]
• Leave the package off at a location that has a daily UPS pick-up.

Tracking My Return
Your return tracking number is stored in your purchase history. When viewing your history, you can click on the respective order number for your return and the return tracking number will be itemized beneath each item that was included in the order. You can trace your return using that tracking number on UPS.com.

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note that we process returns within 3-10 business days after they reach our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
